How do we power the fan?

A standard household plug is all that we need to run your bouncy castle.

How far away from a plug can we set a castle up?

We supply 25mtr leads as standard if you require longer leads please call use prior to booking.

How do we pay?

Payment is taken by the driver when we deliver your castle, Bank transfers are available but must be done prior to delivery, please call us if you are unable to pay cash on delivery.

What time do you deliver the castle?

We deliver from 7am until 12 noon, If you require special delivery times please inform us on the booking form or give us a call.

What time do you collect the castle?

We pickup castles between 5pm and dusk, generally first delivered is first to be collected. If you have special requirements please call us and we will be happy to help.

Can we keep the castle overnight?

We are happy to do overnight hire, subject to the garden or setup area being secure overnight, there is an aditional charge of £40 for this service.

Can you staff the castle for us?

We are currently not offering this service.

What happens if the weather is bad?

You can cancel a booking before 5pm the day before your hire FREE of charge if the weather forecast is bad, we reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of extreme weather or high winds.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking up to 5pm the day before delivery, If you choose to cancel your booking on the day of delivery the balance of your booking must still be paid.

Bookings of 3 items of more cannot be cancelled without 7 days notice, if you cancel within 7 days full payment will still be due,

Are you insured?

We are fully insured, We are happy to provide written confirmation via email or on paper if you require this, We ask all customers to sign a disclaimer form as we cannot be held responsible for what your children do when we are not there, this is standard practice for any hire company.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
